Technology has become an essential part of how we meet and collaborate, but the furniture around it has struggled to keep up. Screens are often treated as an addition to the room, resulting in solutions that feel technical, fixed and disconnected from the interior.

Together with SMS, we set out to rethink the relationship between screen, furniture and space. Could technology become a more natural part of the room, while remaining flexible enough to change with it?

We started by looking beyond the screen itself and at the different situations it needs to support. Meetings are no longer limited to one room, one format or one way of working. Technology moves between collaboration, presentation and informal exchange, while interiors are expected to adapt just as quickly.

Rather than designing another screen stand, we approached Link as a furniture system for technology. Working closely with SMS and their expertise in mounting technology, we developed a simple architecture built around a shared structure. By reducing the system to a small number of components, different configurations could be created without changing its fundamental identity.

Link is a flexible furniture system that brings screens and technology naturally into the interior.

Built from a shared architecture, the system can adapt to different screens, spaces and ways of meeting while maintaining a consistent expression. Technology, cables and supporting functions are integrated into the structure, allowing the screen to become part of the furniture rather than something attached to it.

The result is a system designed not around a specific technology, but around change. As technology evolves and spaces adapt, Link can evolve with them.
