Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, GoEs’ process emphasizes attention to detail, material integrity, and technical precision.
Swivel is a new collection developed in collaboration with GoEs. Created with the needs of interior specifiers and contract environments in mind, the collection is designed to broaden GoEs’ range, strengthen its position in a competitive landscape, and support long-term material goals.
The design approach combines organic forms with functional structures, aiming to create a visual language that balances emotional appeal with practical application. A key part of the strategy was to use a consistent set of components across the entire range. This modular thinking supports streamlined production, efficient inventory management, and easier maintenance for end users.
A curated selection of colours, materials, and finishes was introduced to align with both existing and potential customers, offering flexibility in configuring the collection across various environments. Particular attention was given to upholstery, treated as a removable and optional element throughout the seating range. Cushions attach via magnetic fittings embedded in the seat, allowing users to easily add, remove, or replace them without tools.
The collection moves away from traditional polyurethane (PU) foam, instead exploring more sustainable, industrially feasible alternatives.
The result is a dining chair and table system based on a subtle rotational movement—providing enhanced comfort, flexibility, and usability. The core range serves as a foundation for future expansion, with the potential to evolve into a broader offering capable of addressing diverse interior needs across hospitality, workplace, and residential contexts.
GoEs positions furniture as a practical extension of natural materials, adapted to the needs of contemporary living. Their approach is defined by how products are designed and made—through a combination of deliberate design choices, thoughtful engineering, and a consistent focus on quality.
